I connect well-understood business workflows with suitable technology, for clear processes, defined responsibilities and effective automation.
01 / Business & technology
Regulated workflows need clear rules and understandable decisions. Together we design data flows, ownership, approvals and the handling of errors and exceptions.
My project experience includes regulatory reporting with IBM BAW and IBM ODM in a highly regulated public-sector environment, and modular BPM architectures in financial services. I connect this process knowledge with development and integration for environments with high information-security and confidentiality requirements.
02 / Services
Structure requirements and workflows with business stakeholders. Translate process boundaries, roles, exceptions and validation into clear models.
Develop and evolve digital business processes, services and JavaScript-based process logic. Create understandable structures and reusable components.
Design modular process architectures, define ownership boundaries and manage toolkit dependencies and versioning deliberately.
Separate business rules and process logic appropriately. Integrate decision systems, APIs and existing applications with agreed data and error-handling concepts.
Integrate testing, validation, reviews and technical documentation into development. Consider usability and accessibility as requirements.
Analyse and incrementally modernise existing processes. Coordinate releases, deployment, monitoring and handover with development and operations teams.
03 / My own tool
My open-source product TWX Analyzer v2 provides structured analysis of TWX exports from IBM BAW and Process Designer. Project and toolkit snapshots, rule-based findings, object comparisons and dependency views support technical reviews.
The analyzer complements tests and reviews with focused insight into quality findings and changes between snapshots. It runs in your own environment and is intended for a closed, trusted intranet.
